The CARE Badge CIC (Community Interest Company) is administered and managed for free by everyLIFE Technologies. Costs incurred are limited to the cost of badges, badge packaging and postage.

The CARE Badge CIC is a Community Interest Company formed jointly by everyLIFE Technologies and Care England and latterly the National Care Forum with the sole purpose of providing the CARE badge to companies, charities and other organisations.

Thank you very much for your interest in the CARE badge. As you may have heard, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care announced the proposal for widespread adoption of the CARE badge brand and the response we have received from this has been very positive. The CARE badge brand rights have been transferred to the Secretary of State for Health & Social Care.

The Department of Health and Social Care is providing CARE badges free of charge to staff employed across the adult social care sector to recognise their critical work, as shown during the COVID-19 outbreak.
